The Football Association is investigating Leeds United

Football Association Confirms Leeds United Faces Potential Points Deduction

Leeds United Sports

Leeds United’s loyal supporters will go to work happy today with their beloved team topping the Championship table. Daniel Farke’s Whites returned to the summit following their 3-0 demolition of struggling Luton Town on November 27. However, Leeds fans’ joy could soon turn to despair as the Football Association confirmed the Yorkshire club faces a potential points deduction.

Sam Allison refereed the Luton game at Elland Road alongside Andrew Fox and Darren Williams. Allison’s report to the Football Association details how a dominant Leeds United bullied Luton Town for 90 minutes in what looked like a game of men against boys.

The match statistics correlate with Allison’s report. Leeds enjoyed 76.1% of possession, had 20 shots to Luton’s seven, and had 36 touches in the opposition box compared to Luton’s five.

Luton manager Rob Edwards eluded to Leeds’ unfair advantage and said several of his squad cried all the way back to Kenilworth Road.

“What we witnessed out there was tantamount to bullying. Leeds wouldn’t let us touch the ball; such tactics should not be allowed. Poor Victor Moses had about three touches all game, and we took our big lump of a striker and our captain Carlton Morris on the hour-mark because he was gash. We’re making an official complaint about Daniel Farke’s men bullying our boys; they didn’t stop crying all the way home.”

Fried chicken-loving and granny shagging Wayne Rooney

Luton was not the first team to be brushed aside at Elland Road this season. Plymouth Argyle, arguably the worst team to play at LS11 in living memory, were diabolical on November 2.

Managed by the grey pube-loving Wayne Rooney, Plymouth set up with an 8-1-1 formation. Argyle had only 21.5% of possession, a mere five touches of the ball in Leeds’ penalty area, and zero shots of any description.

After seeing his team not even try to play football, Rooney came out with an absolute belter.

“I think the result was probably the right result.”

That’s like someone saying Kanye is a little bit of a bellend. You could have taken 11 fans from the crowd, and they’d have put up a better fight.

The FA Releases a Statement

The Yorkshire Tribune contacted the Football Association for comment. A spokesperson for The FA replied. They stated:

“The Football Association takes a dim view of any form of bullying and discrimination. We can confirm two Championship clubs have contacted our officers and lodged an official complaint against Leeds United. The telephone call from a retirement village in Devon stated Leeds’ bullying of his team has prevented him from eating his daily KFC 16-piece bargain bucket. We are currently reviewing the case. Rest assured, the FA will hand out the severest punishment possible, including a potential points deduction.”

Leeds United are next in action at 13:30 GMT on November 30. Farke’s table-topping team heads to Ewood Park, where they take on playoff hopefuls Blackburn Rovers. They then welcome Derby County, a team that thinks it’s much bigger than it actually is, to Elland Road at lunchtime on December 7. Let’s see if the unnecessary bullying continues over the next couple of fixtures.
