Bonnie Blue to be Ambassador for New Gonorrhoea Vaccine

Health

NHS England is rolling out the world’s first gonorrhoea vaccine this August and has partnered with pornographic film actress and OnlyFans stalwart Bonnie Blue to help with its marketing endeavours.

The new vaccine is 30-40% effective, but NHS England hopes it will help curb soaring infections. In 2023, there were more than 85,000 gonorrhoea cases, the highest since records began in 1918. That number is likely to be much higher because the sexually transmitted infection often displays no symptoms yet can cause infertility if left untreated.

Bonnie Blue will become an ambassador for NHS England, using her status to push the vaccine among the 16-to-25 crowd, one of the groups of people most affected by gonorrhoea.

“We wanted to get the message out that there’s a vaccine available for this horrible infection,” an NHS England spokesperson told The Yorkshire Tribune, “and we were unanimous in choosing Bonnie Blue.”

“Who better to spread the word about an STI vaccine than someone who spends half their life on their back and having a face looking like a plasterer’s radio?”

Projections from Imperial College London show the vaccine could prevent up to 100,000 cases and save the NHS almost £8 million.

Who Is Bonnie Blue?

Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Billinger, hails from Stapleford, Nottinghamshire, England. She somehow manages to look 26 and 46 simultaneously, which is some achievement. After becoming a webcam model, Billinger launched an OnlyFans page, showing everyone her growler.

Billinger then began filming sex sessions with 18 and 19-year-old men before embarking on a quest to break the world gangbang record. In January 2025, Billinger claimed to have slept with 1,057 men in 24 hours, causing people to clutch their pearls and sending the media into a frenzy.

“I’m delighted to partner with NHS England for this great cause,” Bonnie Blue said. “I’ve made a living from the sex industry, and now that my fanny looks like a skydiver’s mouth, it’s time to give something back.”

The Yorkshire Tribune contacted NHS England and asked how much Bonnie Blue is being paid for her services. After all, she claims to earn £600,000 per month. However, nobody from the NHS was available for comment.
